Your first purchase of any regularly priced bedding is covered by our 60-night Sleep Trial, which includes free returns or exchanges (a return shipping label cost may apply). Enjoy and wash your bedding as you usually would for the full 60 nights. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Items not covered under the 60-Night Sleep Trial can still be exchanged or returned for store credit or a refund if unused and unwashed within 30 days of your delivery date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds are subject to a return shipping label cost, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns. However, you can trade in any final sale item through ettitude re:new and receive $50 in credit. You can also trade in your gently used ettitude items or even bedding from other brands for recycling through re:new. This program is available for US orders only.
