USA Shipping
For USA orders $50 or above: FREE domestic ground shipping
Standard shipping time to metro areas is 3-8 business days (continental U.S.), 2-4 weeks to Hawaii and Alaska.

For orders under $50: Flat rate standard shipping of $8

Expedited shipping is $15: Estimated shipping time is 2 business days.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

Express orders will be dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping times indicated above are approximations. While every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed.

Please note:

Ordered items may ship separately at varying times. Pre-ordered items will ship in early 2019 (January - March).
Canada & International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada for a flat fee of $15. Delivery time is 5-8 business days.

Taxes and Duties
Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by ettitude. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.

Ettitude is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Canadian customers can calculate an estimate of duties payable here.
Returns & Exchanges
What products can I return?

We can provide a store credit or exchange for most purchases within 30 days of delivery. We can not issue refunds for incorrect / wrong size / wrong color purchases.

Under the Health Act, and for hygiene reasons, no product can be returned, exchanged or refunded if it has been used or washed, unless faulty (excluding products returned under our 30 Night Sleep Trial).

Sale and discounted products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless faulty.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased from a third party vendor or website. Please contact them directly to enquire about their returns and exchange policies.


What if I want to exchange my item for a different color, size or product?

If you would like to exchange an item you’ve received, please contact us at care@ettitude.com to let us know.

For the change of mind returns, we do not cover return postage costs. Please
allow up to 2 weeks for exchange processing.

Store credit will be provided where an exchange product is unavailable.


What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However,
if you find our product is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.

Returns for refund will be accepted for faulty products or delivered products that do not match your order. Please email us care@ettitude.com with a photo of the defect, or a description of the wrong item you received, as well as your order number so we can provide you a prepaid postage label and detailed return instructions.


What is our 30 Night Sleep Trial policy?

We believe you should sleep on our bedding before you decide if you like it or
not.
We take pride in our superior fabric, and we are confident you will fall in love with
it as soon as you’ve slept on it (You may not even want to get out of bed anymore,
as many of our customers told us!).

It works like this - after you have received your bedding, you have 30 nights to sleep on it*. If at any point in the first 30 days you decide our sheets are just not for you, return your product for a full refund (excluding delivery fees).

Just send us an email at care@ettitude.com, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for international orders.

You can reuse any paper or plastic bag to pack the return item, just ensure the
parcel is sealed properly. We do not offer a refund on any packaging material
costs.

*Our 30 Night Sleep Trial applies only to new customers’ first order at Ettitude on full-priced bedding products only. This includes sheet sets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases.

The following products are NOT included in the trial: sleepwear, our Whitehaven duvet range, pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, eye masks, eye pillows and other accessories.

Sale and discounted products are not eligible for the 30 Night Sleep Trial and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.


Can I return an international order under the 30 Night Sleep Trial?

If you would like to return an international order during the 30 Night Sleep Trial, please email care@ettitude.com to let us know.

Costs associated with the return process are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.


How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged. Ie: A Paypal payment will be refunded via the Paypal account used on the original purchase.

Postage and return postage costs are non-refundable.


What happens to my returned products?

We never resell a used product. All returned Ettitude products will be donated to local charities or animal shelters.

All returns can be made to the address below. Please note ettitude is not liable for the loss and damage of an item being returned, we recommend that you post it using registered mail or post service with tracking number.

Domestic Return Instructions (within the U.S.):

1. Submit a return request:
Go to our return portal https://www.ettitude.com/a/returns. Enter your order number (e.g. eta1234) and email address associated to your order. Select the item you wish to return. Then submit the request for approval.

2. Return request approval: Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label from us.

3. Prepare your package:
Download, print out and complete the return form (click here to download), pack it with your return products securely with the original packaging.

4. Drop it in the mail : Take the parcel to your nearest post office to return to us.

5. Wait for your refund: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your parcel to be returned to our warehouse, and for the refund to be then processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.


International Return Instructions:

Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, we are not able to provide complimentary return shipping. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through ettitude. These funds may be recoverable by contacting your local customs office directly.

1. Prepare your package: Download, print out and complete the return form (click here to download), pack it with your return products securely with the original packaging,

2. Drop it in the mail: Use the courier service of your choice with tracking service to return your item(s) to us.

3. Wait for your refund: Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our warehouse. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.
