What's the difference between ettitude bamboo bed sheets and other brands?

Our bamboo sheets are made of the world’s first CleanBamboo™, one of the most soft and sustainable materials of the 21st century. Other bamboo beddings are made from either bamboo/cotton or bamboo rayon/viscose blend fabrics, which require the use of harmful chemicals. Our patented CleanBamboo™ is made sustainably from 100% organic bamboo lyocell.

What's the difference between your Sateen, Sateen+ and Twill products?

Sateen is our signature fabric and the foundation for everything we make. Made with CleanBamboo™ from 100% organic bamboo—the most resource-efficient plant on the planet—our fabric is cloud-soft, cooling, and sustainable.

Our Sateen+ products are made from our CleanBamboo Charcoal fabric, which blends all the same benefits of CleanBamboo with charcoal powder to safeguard your sheets for long-lasting freshness.

Our Twill products are made from our CleanBamboo fabric and utilizes a twill weave—the same weave used in denim jeans—to create a slightly heavier and more durable feel compared to Sateen and Sateen+.

Are your products free from toxins and harmful chemicals?

Our products are made from certified organic bamboo that is grown and produced without harmful chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides.

Our bedding, sleepwear and bath lines have been certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® SH065 176027 TESTEX & SH020 181242 TESTEX www.oeko-tex.com/standard100. This certifies that our products—from fabric to thread to buttons—are free from harmful chemicals or toxins, making them safe for you to use.

Are your products suitable for people with long-term sickness, skin problems, and infants?

Our CleanBamboo™ fabric is hypoallergenic, breathable and free from harmful chemicals. Our products are suitable for every skin type, including sensitive acne-prone skin, eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis. Infused with naturally antimicrobial bamboo charcoal, our CleanBamboo™ charcoal products are also proven to reduce bacteria by 99.9% compared to cotton.

What dye do you use?

We use non-toxic, eco-friendly AVITERA® SE reactive dyes which are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. These dyes reduce water and energy consumption by up to 50%, salt consumption by 20% and overall cycle time by 25%. Furthermore, the dyes comply with the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Group’s manufacturing restricted substances list.

I’ve noticed some color variation. Why?

Our fabrics are made in small dye lots, meaning that unique batches sometimes have a slight color tone variation. It is very difficult to ensure unique batches are 100% the same in color without using the harshest of chemicals, so we’ve prioritized our commitment to sustainability over guaranteeing an exact color match every time.

Are your products ethically sourced?

Our bamboo is responsibly grown in FSC-certified forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

Do bamboo sheets shrink?

Our CleanBamboo™ sheets are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. We have also included a small margin on the bedding size for unforeseen shrinkage. That said, we do not recommend drying your CleanBamboo™ sheets using high heat.

Do your sheets have a thread count?

Our CleanBamboo™ bamboo lyocell sheets have a thread count of 300, which is equivalent to 1,000 thread count in cotton. While we’re proud of that, we also know that based on recent innovations, thread count is no longer the most important factor when deciding on sheets. Rather, the quality of the raw fiber and the weave of the sheets are the most important factors.

How do I care for my bamboo bedding?

Our CleanBamboo™ products come with care labels that detail washing instructions. We recommend cold machine wash with like fabrics on gentle or delicate setting, line dry or tumble dry low. And please, no bleach or fabric softener—it doesn’t get softer than CleanBamboo™!

What is the TOG rating of your duvets and quilts?

Our summer duvet is about 7.5 TOG, and our winter duvet is about 13.5 TOG. TOG stands for 'Thermal Overall Grade', which is a unit of measurement used to calculate the thermal insulation of a product—the higher the number, the warmer the duvet or quilt.

What is the 30 night Sleep Trial?

Feeling is believing—and we believe you’ll love it. Try any bedding risk-free for a full 30 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund.

The 30 nights begin when your bedding arrives. Feel free to enjoy and wash your bedding as usual.

What products apply to the Sleep Trial?

The 30 Night Sleep Trial applies to everything in our bedding category—sheet sets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, protectors, comforters, pillows and crib sheets—that are not on final sale. Only one order of bedding inserts (comforters and pillow) are eligible for return per customer, household, order and/or delivery address.

What’s the process for returning Sleep Trial items?

It is our hope that you love your ettitude bedding. If you are not completely satisfied you can initiate a return, by heading over to our returns page. We will send you a prepaid return label. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving your returned item(s).

Can I return an international order under the 30 Night Sleep Trial?

International orders are covered under the Sleep Trial; however, return shipping on international orders is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at care@ettitude.com to initiate a return.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed with standard shipping will ship in 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping will be dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard Shipping to US metro areas is 4 - 10 business days
Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is 2 - 4 weeks
Expedited Shipping is 2 business days
Standard Shipping to Canada: Allow extra time for delays due to transportation disruptions. Current shipping time frame is 3-5 weeks

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada for a flat fee of $15. Shipping time is 6-8 business days. For other countries, please visit our International store www.ettitude.com.au.

Do you cover international shipping duties?

For international deliveries, local taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What payment options are available?

We accept Paypal, debit or credit card. We also offer Klarna to US residents.

Do you offer layaway options?

Yes, we offer Klarna as a payment option for our US customers, so you can enjoy now and pay later through four interest-free instalments. Klarna splits your purchase into equal payments, charged to your credit or debit card automatically every two weeks beginning at the time your order is confirmed. How does Pay later in 30 days work?

Pay later allows you to try your order before you buy it. If eligible, no upfront payment is due and your order will be shipped as normal. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with instructions to pay.

Is there a fee to use layaway options?

There are no fees when you follow the payment schedule and make payments on time. Learn more about Klarna’s terms and fees.

How does financing with Klarna work?

It's simple! Shop at any online store that offers Klarna monthly financing, and choose a flexible plan to pay for your purchases over time. You will know if you are approved in seconds, and can then complete your purchase. You will receive an email notification of your purchase from Klarna, and can manage your transactions in the Klarna App.

Will layaway options affect my credit score?

Klarna’s layaway options will not affect your credit score, but they do take credit history into consideration to approve your application.

Returns Policy

It is our hope that you love your ettitude essentials. Not the perfect fit? For a simple return for domestic orders, please feel free to head to our Return Portal directly. For ettitude purchases made via third-party vendors and websites, kindly contact them directly.

What can I return?

All bedding items covered under the 30 night Sleep Trial are eligible for returns. Kindly note that our Sleep Trial applies only to each customer’s first bedding purchase.

Kindly note, sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How do I make a return?

What can I exchange?

We offer store credit for all unused, unwashed items within 30 days of your delivery date.

What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. If you experience an issue or error, we want to make it right. Please contact our care team at care@ettitude.com with a photo, written description of the issue and your order number. We’re more than happy to replace any goods that are deemed to be faulty.

Issues with delivery?

Typically, postal carriers are best suited to support delivery issues. Where needed, our team is also here to help. You can contact us at care@ettitude.com

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued to the original source of payment, excluding any applicable delivery fees. Please allow up to two weeks from warehouse receipt for returns to be processed.

Can I exchange or get a refund on my order if I use Klarna?

Klarna orders are subject to our standard returns & exchange policy.

What happens to my returned products?

We believe in giving used products a second life. All used and faulty returns are donated to local charities or animal shelters.

Do you offer discounts to designers?

Yes! We offer an exclusive trade discount upon acceptance into our Designer Trade Program.

What are the benefits of the Designer Trade Program?

Designers in the program are considered friends of ettitude and receive an exclusive discount and extra support.

How do I apply?

Fill out our application form expect one to two weeks to confirm your acceptance. Once accepted, you will receive an exclusive discount on all your ettitude orders, valid for one year and renewable annually.

What is the Comfort Collective?

The Comfort Collective is a loyalty program that rewards you while you rest. As a member, you’ll earn points for every ettitude purchase, for every person you refer to ettitude, and more. You’ll also receive early access to new products and promotions.

How do I earn points?

The first step to earning points is creating an account. After that, you can earn points for every purchase, for following ettitude on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, or for referring friends. Plus, when you join the Comfort Collective, you’ll also get a birthday gift from us. Points can be redeemed at a minimum of 200 points and a maximum of 1500 points per order.

How do I redeem my points?

  1. Login to your Comfort Collective account.
  2. Add your items to cart.
  3. Continue to checkout.
  4. In your order summary at checkout, select the amount of points you would like to redeem from the dropdown menu.
How many points do I have?

Simply login to your Comfort Collective account to find out how many points you have. You can also see your rewards history to find out when and how you’ve collected points. If you have any questions, please reach out to care@ettitude.com.

Why am I missing points?

If you’ve completed a task to earn points, but they are not reflected in your points balance or rewards history, please reach out to care@ettitude.com with your Comfort Collective account email address and all details regarding the missing points.

What happens to my points when I return items?

When returning items, points that were earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Comfort Collective account. If you redeemed any points with that purchase, they will be returned to your account.

Can I redeem points If I have a discount code?

Sadly, no. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Comfort Collective points. You can, however, use them on final sale items and alongside gift cards.

Do my points expire?

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity, meaning after you have not earned or redeemed any points within 12 months.

What if I placed an order before creating an account?

Orders placed before The Comfort Collective was launched in early June 2021 will not be counted toward point totals. However, if you have made a purchase after the launch, the points that you earned from that purchase will be linked to the email address associated with that order. If you make an account with the same email address, your points will be accessible in your account.

Are wholesale customers eligible to receive points?

No, unfortunately they are not.

How do I redeem my birthday reward?

All Comfort Collective members who have entered their birthday will automatically receive their reward on their birthday. If you join less than 30 days before your birthday, your points will be issued 30 days after creating your account.

How does the refer-a-friend program work?

Introduce your friends and family to ettitude and they’ll receive $30 off their first order of $150+, plus you’ll get 600 points ($30 value) in your account for every eligible referral. The more friends that complete a purchase, the more rewards you earn! There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer. When you make a successful referral, your 600 point reward will be redeemable at checkout through your ettitude account. You must be logged in to redeem. If you do not have an ettitude account, simply sign up here and your points will be redeemable for any referrals from June 7, 2021 onwards.

You are unable to refer yourself using an alternate account or email address. Referrals are only valid to new customers, on orders of $150+ and cannot be combined with other offers.
