To start a return, simply complete our returns form. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and once we receive your items, we'll process your refund within 10–15 days.

Your 60-night trial begins the day your bedding arrives. We recommend washing and using your bedding as you usually would to fully experience the difference.
Terms & Conditions
The 60-night Sleep Trial applies to everything in our bedding category that is not on final sale, including sheet sets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, protectors, comforters, and crib sheets. The trial is only valid on your first order containing bedding products. International orders are covered under the Sleep Trial, however, ettitude will not cover Sleep Trial returns’ shipping costs.
