For USA orders $50 or above: FREE domestic ground shipping
Standard shipping time to metro areas is 3-8 business days (continental U.S.), 2-4 weeks to Hawaii and Alaska.
For orders under $50: Flat rate standard shipping of $8.
Expedited shipping is $15: Estimated shipping time is 2 business days.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
Express orders will be dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping times indicated above are approximations. While every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed.
Please note: Ordered items may ship separately at varying times.
If an order is lost in the mail we can offer store credit or send a replacement order. No refunds
Canada & International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada for a flat fee of $15. Delivery time is 5-8 business days.
For international customers from other countries, please head over to our Australian store www.ettitude.com.au.
Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by ettitude. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.
Ettitude is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Canadian customers can calculate an estimate of duties payable here.
What is our 30 Night Sleep Trial policy?
We believe you should sleep on our bedding before you decide if you like it or not.
We take pride in our superior fabric, and we are confident you will fall in love with it as soon as you’ve slept on it.
If at any point in the first 30 days you decide our sheets are just not for you, return your product for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees, if applicable).
Our 30 Night Sleep Trial applies only to new customers’ first order at Ettitude on full-priced bedding products only. This includes sheet sets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases.
The following products are NOT included in the trial: sleepwear, our duvet/comforter range, pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, eye masks, eye pillows, our waffle line, baby range, sleepwear, and other accessories.
Sale products are not eligible for the 30 Night Sleep Trial and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.
Just send us an email at email@example.com, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for international orders.
We are unable to offer refund on any packaging material costs.
Can I return an international order under the 30 Night Sleep Trial?
If you would like to return an international order during the 30 Night Sleep Trial, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
Costs associated with the return process are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
What products can I return?
Store credit or an exchange can be provided for most purchases within 30 days of delivery. We do not issue refunds for incorrect / wrong size / wrong color purchases. Sale products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless faulty..
Refunds will only be issued for items returned in their original packaging, including those covered under our 30 Night Sleep Trial. Otherwise, store credit will be issued instead.
Once your return request has been accepted, your products must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks of receiving your return label. Product returns sent outside of this period will be issued a store credit upon receipt. This applies to all returns, including those covered under our 30 Night Sleep Trial.
For hygiene reasons, no product can be returned, exchanged or refunded if it has been used or washed, unless faulty (excluding products returned under our 30 Night Sleep Trial).
Items damaged outside of general wear and tear may not qualify for a return/refund/exchange, even if under the 30 Night Sleep Trial.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased from a third-party vendor or website. Please contact them directly to ask about their returns and exchange policies.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery, unless faulty.
What if I want to exchange my item for a different color, size or product?
If you would like to exchange an item you’ve received, please contact us at email@example.com to let us know.
For change of mind returns, we do not cover return postage costs. Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange processing once your original items arrive at our warehouse.
Store credit will be provided where an exchange product is unavailable.
What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?
We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality.
However, if you find our product is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help resolve the problem.
Returns for refund will be accepted for faulty products or delivered products that do not match your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo, written description of the issue, and your order number so we can provide you a prepaid postage label and detailed return instructions.
Issues with delivery?
If there are any delivery issues, please reach out to the corresponding Postal Service using the tracking number contained within your email.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged - i.e.: PayPal payments will be refunded via the PayPal account used on the original purchase.
Postage and return postage costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 7 business days from warehouse delivery for returns to be processed.
Can I exchange or get a refund on my order if I use Klarna?
Klarna orders are subject to standard Ettitude returns & exchange policy.
What happens to my returned products?
We never resell a used product. All returned ettitude products will be donated to local charities or animal shelters.
How do I return or exchange a product I purchased at the Ettitude LA store?
Exchanges and returns for in store purchases can only be processed online. Why do we process store orders online? It Is actually the most eco-friendly option! Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and email address associated with the order.
